微耕机的耕作性能

 1) 耕深及其稳定性依据微耕机空间姿态和土壤表面位置,按照国标的取样方法,每个行程左、右各测定10点的耕深,测量值在计算机上可实时显示、保存并画出土攘耕深示意图。

 2) 耕宽及其稳定性测定时与耕深测点相对应。计算平均值和标准差,并以标准差的值表示其平整度。依据微耕机空间姿态,按照国标的取样方法,每个行程左、右各测定10点的耕宽,测量值在计算机上可实时显示、保存并画出土壤耕宽示意图。
3) 土壤平整度在测定土壤膨松度时在耕前和耕后地表线上过高点作一水平线为基准线,在其适当位置上取一定宽度(与样机耕宽相当),分成十等分,并在等分点上作垂线与基准线相交,量出地表线上各交点至基准线得距离。根据土壤表面形状测得的数据,选择一组,计算平均值和标准差,并以标准差的值表示其平整度。
 
4) 碎土率根据土壤表面图象,分析有色土壤的大小集中程度计算土壤碎土率。
 
5) 覆盖率根据土壤表面图象,参照《GB/T5668-2008旋耕机》中规定的覆盖率测量方法,分析耕后表面可见有色土壤的面积,得出土壤覆盖率。
 
6) 土壤蓬松度根据土壤表面外形数据,参照《GB/T5668-2008旋耕机》中规定的土壤蓬松度的计算方法,分析耕层土壤的截面面积,得出土壤蓬松度。
 
7) 打滑率根据测试车前进速度和旋耕刀轴转速,按(1)式计算微耕机打滑率:
